In 2010 Stefaan Camerlink  was the WOSA World Cup Best Sommelier for Belgium, and accompanied  Annette (then our Market Manager for Benelux, now in the US) to SA for the first time on one of our sommelier trips. He has fallen in love in South Africa. In May he opened his own wine shop where he specializes in importing boutique South African wines. He doesn`t only sell South African wines at the moment, but eventually he will and that is also his focus. He still works as a sommelier some evenings and also sells to restaurants.

WOSA also sent out a notice in one of our newsletters about Stefaan - he is looking for more wineries for his portfolio. He had a fantastic response to our newsletter and has now taken on Nitida and Napier and is looking at another property in Stellenbosch for after the summer.
