Sustainability is a key message for the South African wine industry and has many facets to it. South Africa has been a global leader in sustainable wine production and in 2020 celebrated 10 years of the Sustainability Seal - the world’s first, industry-wide, guarantee of sustainable wine production. At a time when provenance and environmental assets are increasingly important we ask what’s next for Sustainable South Africa?
