Wines of South Africa will be hosting its major generic trade tasting in the UK: Intrepid South Africa on 8^th September 2016. Taking place at Tobacco Dock in London, this tasting will put the spotlight on South Africa and focus on our fearless, brave and intrepid nature as a winemaking country.

This tasting will give you a great platform to trade with key players in the wine industry and showcase the quality of our wines to an influential audience.

Time:                     8^th September: 10am – 6pm

Cost

For bookings made and paid before Tuesday 1^st March 2016

Full stand - £1,300 (R28,600) + VAT – allows for 12 wines

Half a stand - £650 (R14,300) + VAT – allows for 6 wines

For bookings made AFTER 1^st March 2016 there will be an increase in cost which will take into account exchange rates. This cost in rand will be determined on 29^th February to ensure a better cost for early booking, however the cost is likely to be £1,500 +VAT.

1)  Space is limited to 120 tables. Once we have reached this number, you will be placed on a waiting list.

Additional information

At the tasting, we will host a series of seminars and there will be a series of focus tables. Further details will be made available to exhibitors once booking has been confirmed.

As this tasting is run on a ‘user pay’ bases, please note that in the event of cancelling  you will be liable for a 10% cancellation fee. Should no replacement be found, the full amount is due.

DTI SSAS FUNDING

Wines of South Africa will coordinate an application to the DTI SSAS Funding for assistance of emerging businesses to participate at Intrepid South Africa 2016 in London.

If you are interested to participate at this show using the SSAS Funding scheme, please contact Lesley@wosa.co.za for a SSAS Funding application form. You are required to complete and submit the form with all supporting documents to the Wines of South Africa office for the attention of Lesley Achilles by no later than Friday 25 March 2016 before 16:00. Please note that the DTI will fund a maximum of 15 companies per show and applications will therefore be handled on first come first serve basis (No late submissions will be accepted and funding thereof will be subject to approval of our application by the DTI).

All Small, Medium and Micro-sized Enterprises (up to 200 employees with annual turnover of no more than R25million) can apply for this funding.
