In March 2018 VinExpo is coming to New York for a two day extension of their trade show; the dates are March 5th and 6th 2018. You can read more about it at vinexponewyork.com.

WOSA USA has arranged for a South Africa pavilion at the show. The pavilion will include space for at least 16 producers; the show may open up the pavilion to additional producers once their initial booking period is over.

The cost per producer is $2750 USD.
Included are:

•    Space at a 2m x 2m stand
•    Identification sign with logo
•    Counters with stools
•    Material handling for three cases (36 bottles) of wine
•    Glasses and porter service
•    Spittoon
•    Ice/ice buckets
•    3 exhibitor badges
•    10 complimentary visitor invitations
•    One online exhibitor listing

Spaces will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. After signing up for a space, producers will be invoiced by WOSA and will have 30 days to arrange payment. 

Producers after the initial 16 will be placed on a waiting list. Spaces will become available if 1) producers who signed up earlier fail to arrange payment, or 2) the show allows us to take on additional space.

5. Complete your details and submit your registration.
