CALL FOR CAPE WINE 2015 EVENTS – Deadline 10th April

We are currently working on the Wines of South Africa guest list for Cape Wine 2015.  Our guests will most likely arrive from the 12th September and depart Cape Town on the 18/19th September. We would like to offer you an opportunity to interact with Cape Wine guests by hosting them at your event. Booth Artwork - Graphic pack – Deadline 20th April

The graphic pack for the stand artwork can be downloaded from the exhibitor zone via http://bit.ly/1AVt2zE  Please kindly follow the process and send through your artwork to hanlie@wosa.co.za . We have extended the artwork deadline to the 20th April 2015 and should we not have final signed-off artwork by this date we will have no option but to give you a generic image, which will sadly be a missed branding opportunity. 

Signage:  Wards/Regions/Groupings – Deadline 30th April

We are offering signage to companies wishing to be identified together as being part of a specific ward, region, or grouping.  To do this, we have designed a clip-on sign for the stands.  The front face of the sign is 300mm deep x 400mm wide and there is space for one sign per standard Xanita booth.  We need one order per grouping along with the list of exhibitors who need to receive the additional signs.  Please complete the order form in the Cape Wine Newsletter No.5 contact: lauren@wosa.co.za.

Cape Wine 2015 Business to Business initiative – Deadline 7th May

We would like to help producers to meet with the international trade during Cape Wine 2015. We are working with the DTI to bring out buyers and importers from several countries. WOSA will draw up a list of wineries interested in exporting to specific countries, to supply to international delegates in order for them to make appointments beforehand. If you would like to share your details, please forward the following: contact details (name and email), a list of countries that you are seeking representation in and send your list of preferred markets to theresa@wosa.co.za by 7th May 2015. We’ll also use this list to reply to enquiries we receive during the year.
